16 Jan 2007 - Art Attack
The pupils have been going art mad thanks to NADFAS, the National Association of Decorative and Fine Arts Societies. The group has not only given a £500 grant to the school but also offered the expertise of a local artist to help the children with their work. Jane Stonebridge helped the children to create two colourful works of art.
Mrs Tighe said, 'We are extremely proud of the work that the children have completed. The children will treasure the mosaic and have really enjoyed every stage of the work involved in creating it'. The Trinity mosaic is on display in the school playground.
